ABOUT ME

Hi! My name is Alison Chin. I am currently in the Master of Arts in Teaching and Credential program at the University of California, Irvine. I graduated as a double major in Education Sciences and Business Administration from UCI, as well. I am interested in teaching, HR (talent acquisition, recruiting, training and development), and management, especially in relation to entertainment. Beyond that, I also love singing, acting, and video editing.

In the past, I was a Disneyland cast member, working as an Attractions Trainer and Host. I also spent three and a half years working in elementary school after-school programs. I absolutely loved it, learning many valuable lessons from the kids and my positions. My past media experience includes being an ASUCI Content Creation Intern and a World of Dance Graphic Arts/Video Editing Intern. I also worked as a Videographer & Editor for AnteaterTV and as a Production Technician for UCI's Film and Media Studies Department.
My performing arts experience include being on my high school's improv team and participating in productions done by my high school and my singing teacher's theater group. I have taken singing lessons since I was eight years old and served as President of my college a cappella group during my time at UCI.

I have also run my own YouTube channels since 2012. A few videos from there can be seen on the Film Portfolio section of this website.

My other miscellaneous interests include all things Disney, thriller novels, and working with kids!
